Maid of Honor: My sister and my best friend. Lauren and I have always been super close and from the time that I knew what a wedding was, I knew that I wanted her to be my Maid of Honor. Even though she is younger than me, she has always been one of my role models. She is the one that I can fight with and then we’re best friends the next minute (sorry I sat on you that one time we were fighting!). She is the one that I shared a bedroom with and was the one that woke me up every day of senior year in high school so that I could drive her to school. She is the one that I can talk to about anything at any time. She is the one that I backpacked through Europe with. She is the one that protects me, our family, and our country. She is the one that is going to stand right beside me when I marry my best friend and I couldn’t be more excited about that!

Best Man: Who else would I want to stand beside me as my best man other than my big brother? Growing up together, I was always tagging along in all of Scott’s crazy shenanigans. From shooting potatoes to shooting fireworks to midnight runs to Taco Bell, I always liked hanging out with him. Being the younger brother, he taught me things to do and things not to do (like where to hide the beer in the house from Mom). Now that we are both out of the house, we enjoy getting together whenever we can. I was able to stand next to Scott as his best man at his wedding and I’m so excited for him to stand next to me, now, at mine.
